Fairview MB is blessed to announce their new pastoral family coming to join the staff and leadership of the church in Oklahoma.
Pastor Marlin Hiett is originally from central California, raised on a farm and eventually called to full time ministry to serve Jesus Christ and His body, the church. Marlin has served as youth pastor, family pastor, associate pastor, lead pastor, and pastor of discipleship and equipping. His heart and experience will serve him well in ministry in Fairview. Marlin's partner in life and ministry is his dear wife, Michelle who has a passion in ministering to women. Her love for the home, the family, and the church keep her moving forward in relationships and ministry.
Together for 30 years as husband and wife, Marlin and Michelle have raised 4 children: Matt, Micah, Marissa, and Mandi.
Matt and Sheri live in Fresno, CA where Matt is the Financial Controller at Hume Lake Christian Camps. His wife Sheri is a medical assistant at a surgery center in Fresno.
Micah and Leanne just finished their studies at Tabor and have moved back to the Fresno area where Micah is a commercial account manager for Wilkins Solutions Enterprises. Leanne is continuing to pursue her calling in the classroom as an elementary teacher.
Marissa has finished her freshman year at Tabor College and is working this summer at Hume Lake Christian Camps and planning to return to Tabor in August.
Mandi will begin her time at Fairview High School in August as a sophomore after a summer of packing, moving, and a couple weeks of camping. |
